Release of Liability
Guided Dog Mushing, Snow Machining and Wilderness Camping Trips

I understand and accept that participation in guided dog mushing, snow machining and wilderness camping trips, including transportation to and from such activities, involves risk of damage to my property, serious injury, including permanent disability, and even death. The area in which this activity will occur is a wild, natural wilderness area with many inherent dangers including rough terrain, wild plant and animal life, varying weather conditions, and other naturally occurring conditions, my own actions, and also the actions, negligence or fault of others.

As a condition of being permitted to participate in this/these activity(ies), I hereby release PAWS for Adventure and their agents, employees and insurers all liability for damages, including personal injury and death. This release of liability includes negligent acts, of and from, omissions and other fault of PAWS for Adventure.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAWS for Adventure for any lawsuits or other claims for damages, including personal injuries and wrongful death, and agree to pay any and all coasts and attorneys' fees associated with defending such lawsuits and claims arising out of or in any way incident to the guided mushing, snow machining and wilderness camping activities, including transportation to and from such activities.

I am an adult and am signing this Release freely and of my own accord. I realize it is binding upon me, my heirs and assigns. If I am signing this Release on behalf of a minor, I have full authority to do so and I realize its binding effect on the minor as well as on me. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP MY RIGHT TO MAKE CLAIMS OR FILE LAWSUITS AGAINST PAWS for Adventure FOR INJURIES OR OTHER DAMAGES WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF THE GUIDED MUSHING, SNOW MACHINING & WILDERNESS CAMPING ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENT.
